Mobile boring machine MASTER.
A mobile boring machine is used to repair worn holes in special equipment, assemblies and parts of various equipment at its location.
Our mobile arching machine can process almost all holes from 32 to 400 millimeters.
It is equipped with a choice of boring bars with a diameter of 30, 40, 50 mm. and length from 600 to 3000 mm. , longitudinal feed carriages with a stroke from 300 to 600 millimeters.
We have developed this kit for permanent use in workshop conditions.
It has increased functionality compared to the “STANDART” kit, thanks to a large number of accessories.
Will cope with the most difficult tasks.
For ease of operation, it is equipped with automatic feeding of the boring bar.
Description of the operation of the mobile boring machine MASTER.
The boring bar is centered coaxially with the hole being processed and secured using two main supports; a longitudinal feed carriage with a drill is installed on one of the supports. A 2 kW drill ensures rotation of the boring bar; the rotation speed is adjusted in two stages: 330 and 500 rpm. The longitudinal feed of the boring bar with the cutter is carried out manually or using automatic feed. The basic kit includes everything necessary for work.

Advantages of the mobile boring machine MASTER.
- The machine is equipped with automatic feeding of the boring bar, which in turn reduces the roughness of the machined surface and increases the convenience of working with the machine.
- The kit includes two types of cutter extension extensions, allowing you to process holes with a diameter of up to 400 millimeters.
The extender of the cutter extension increases the rigidity of its fastening, while the boring process is much smoother with greater productivity. - A set of telescopic bore gauges (bore gauges) simplifies the process of measuring the diameter of the hole being machined.
The measurement accuracy can reach 0.01 millimeters.
The set includes two full-size hubs (supports). You can install the carriage from any convenient side. The machine is universal and can be easily upgraded to suit your needs; you can purchase an automatic feed kit and install it on a carriage. The design of the machine uses components from CNC cups.
